Our activities

All our groups cost nothing to attend!

We have three Evening Family Groups each week for children and young people aged 5 to 18 with physical and/or learning disabilites, and/or diagnosed autism to attend with a parent.

Smiling Child Outdoors
Boy

To ensure every family gets to enjoy a full two-year placement with us, we only accept new applications for children between the ages of 5 and 16.

A maximum of 10 families attend each evening to ensure the environment remains calm and accessible, in line with family feedback.

Wheelchair Basketball Game

Please click here to download the registration form and read more about how we allocate spaces. You can return it by email to support@ddcaok.com, or we can post it to you on request. We will acknowledge receipt and let you know if a suitable space becomes available.

A pre-school group for children with physical and/or learning disabilities and/or those waiting for any diagnosis.  Monday afternoons, 1.30 pm to 3 pm.

The group provides a safe, fun, relaxed, and supportive environment where parents can play with their children and meet other families who might share similar circumstances and experiences. The group isn't and shouldn't be a replacement for nursery.

Partnership

We share our unique premises for free with some local support organisations to help when we can.

Handshake

We welcome pre-school and primary age children with physical and learning disabilities - including profound, complex, and multiple disabilities - from Kingspark School and Frances Wright Nursery to come and play for free.
